Qualifications & experience

Trade background with hands-on shopfitting experience.
Has experience and understands what it is to be a fitout specialist - the lifestyle and expectations.
Ability to communicate and negotiate with trades.
Understanding and willingness to work to clients’ deadlines.
Professionalism and drive to produce nothing but the best quality.
Understanding of interior fitouts, be creative and practical about achieving clients vision.
Contribute to TE&EM culture, where there is no hierarchy, we share a vision, and put people first.
Full drivers licence, site-safe, EWP, first-aid

Tasks & responsibilities

Building interior hospitality, retail and office fitouts.
Work with your site team with intentional drive and a positive attitude.
Looking after sub trades and help running site processes.
Ensuring health and safety standards are exceeded.
Reading and understanding construction drawings
Liaising with Project / Site Managers
Ensuring all projects are handed over on time and on budget.
Ensuring projects are handed over to our standards.
Can travel nationwide for an extended time to complete work.
