We offer comprehensive training for all aspects of the role and competitive hourly rates based on experience and job type. Cracker Bay operates 7 days per week, and across weekends and public holidays. Shifts are allocated on a roster basis 3 weeks in advance.
Key Tasks:
- Drive boats to and from loading bay safely, ensuring efficient operation
- Safety checks
- Wash all hauled boats before stacking
- Perform equipment and facility maintenance as directed.
- Ensure and maintain professional standards for across the complex
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
About You:
- Valid New Zealand driver's license
- Experience in boat handling preferred, but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Flexible availability for casual, part-time, or full-time shifts.
