ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a committed focus on providing an excellent service and we are currently seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver to join our awesome team based in East Tamaki. You will be supporting the Transport Supervisor in achieving timely and accurate distribution of goods within the Auckland Metro area. Our Drivers are the face of our company so you will need to be well presented!
In this role you will be driving a mix of Class 2 and Class 1 trucks, depending on what is needed on any given day.
This is a full-time permanent role operating Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checking and preparing freight before delivery
- Deliver dangerous goods to customers across the greater Auckland region.
- Complete daily truck checks
- Loading and unloading trucks

Ideally you will have the ability to load and unload your own truck so having a current OSH Approved Forklift license is preferred. Generally our warehouse staff will load your truck, but on the odd occasion you may have to load your own.
As most of the freight you deliver will be dangerous goods, having you D Endorsement is preferred, however if you don't have it, still apply!
