Your new role
We are looking for a Store person to join our Purchasing & Stores team in Hamilton. We are seeking a team player who has a “Get Things Done” attitude.
This varied role includes:
- Inwards / Outwards goods
- Equipment returns
- Cleaning of equipment inwards and outwards
- Picking and packing
- Daily driving to suppliers / customers as required
- Stocktaking
- Vehicle checks
- General housekeeping of the loading bay, store and yard
- Bar-coding
What you'll need to succeed
- Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- NZ Drivers Licence (manual transmission experience)
- Forklift Licence
- Be able to back a Trailer
- A strong work ethic and proven reliability.
- Strong communication skills
- General Computer knowledge and willingness to learn new systems
- Previous experience in a Stores role is an advantage - but not essential
You will also be required to always comply with our Health & Safety and Environmental guidelines.
