Join our Apparelmaster team as a Driver/Customer Services Representative. In this full-time, permanent role, you will focus on the delivery and collection of Apparelmaster textiles, directly connecting our company with our commercial customers. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the efficient and timely delivery and pickup of textiles, directly contributing to the smooth operation of our services and meeting our customers’ needs with professionalism and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric approach, as this position is much like a mobile shop! We prioritise dependability, and physical fitness and strength are essential! A full Class 1 Drivers Licence and the ability to drive a manual is crucial. This role entails a 42.5 hour week from Monday to Friday.

About the Role:
Driving:
- Pick up’s and deliveries of our Apparelmaster and Linenmaster rental products for businesses around Dunedin and the surrounding areas
- Building rapport with our customers and providing excellent customer service
Key requirements of this role include:
- Full clean NZ Drivers Licence (Class 1 / Private)
- Ability to drive a manual is essential
- Physically fit and able to carry out work which includes a lot of lifting and transporting of textiles
- Reliability
- Ability to start early in the morning when needed, and flexibility in start and finish times generally
- Excellent time management skills
- Prior customer service experience
- A positive attitude
- A willingness to learn new skills and use initiative
Full training will be provided in all aspects of our industry, but the ideal applicant, should already possess van driving experience (only a Full Class 1/Private License is required). Additionally, a positive mind-set, clear communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential.
All our vans are fitted with EROAD for safety monitoring and KPI reporting.
