We offer comprehensive training for all aspects of the role and competitive hourly rates based on experience and job type. Cracker Bay operates 7 days per week, and across weekends and public holidays. Shifts are allocated on a roster basis 3 weeks in advance.

Key Tasks:

Drive boats to and from loading bay safely, ensuring efficient operation
Safety checks
Wash all hauled boats before stacking
Perform equipment and facility maintenance as directed.
Ensure and maintain professional standards for across the complex
Deliver exceptional customer service.

About You:

Valid New Zealand driver's license
Experience in boat handling preferred, but not essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and safety.
Flexible availability for casual, part-time, or full-time shifts.
