We have an exciting opportunity for Cash in Transit Security Officers to join Armourguard in Christchurch.
About the role:
Ensuring that all Armourguard safety standards and policies are being rigorously adhered to, as a Cash in Transit Security Officer, you will be part of 2-man crew servicing commercial clients, major banks, and ATMs across the Canterbury region.

What essential requirements you must bring:
- Must pass pre-employment checks to progress through the recruitment process
- Must be eligible to legally work in NZ
- Your appearance is of high quality
- Trustworthy & Reliable
- You can retain the training you’ve be given
- Full clean NZ Driver’s Licence to drive a branded Armourguard vehicle
- Current Green COA
What skills & experience
- Previous experience meeting tight deadlines
- Customer centric attitude
- Can provide excellent service to our clients
- Have worked within a team collaboratively
- Completed a NZ defensive driving course preferable
- Have experience driving tactically in NZ, preferable
- Security experience required
Applicants must be 18 years or older and have no criminal convictions which would prevent from obtaining a Certificate of Approval (COA) to work in the security industry under the Private Investigators and Security Guards Act 2010.
The successful applicant must have a full, clean NZ Driver’s licence, have no criminal convictions in NZ or overseas and be able to pass a pre-employment credit check.
