The Role
We are offering a full-time, permanent position for an honest, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to undertake the combined roles of repairing, servicing, filling, and merchandising vending machines in the Canterbury area.
In this dynamic and physical hands-on role, your core responsibility will be the repair and servicing of vending machines, showcasing your excellent organizational and time management skills. Alongside this, you will also have the opportunity to gently step into the role of other team members as needed during their absence, contributing to the smooth and collaborative operation of our services.
The position requires a motivated and hardworking person, capable of managing a diverse range of tasks efficiently. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts starting between 6am and 7 am, and generally lasting 8 to 10 hours.
This role includes the use of a work van, available for job-related tasks and commuting to and from work. The successful candidate must be comfortable driving around the Canterbury area.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Preparing and loading stock for vending machines
- Ensuring machines are clean, stocked, and operational
- Traveling between various vending machine locations
- Handling cash and performing minor repairs
- Delivering excellent customer service and managing time effectively
- Setting up new vending machines
Applicants must be able to:
- Provide a current New Zealand driver’s license
- Provide New Zealand Citizen or relevant work Visa
- Provide Current work permit if you are student
- Agree to a current criminal history check & ACC Check
- Pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
