Responsibilities:
- Manage the timely pick-up and delivery of freight, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Cultivate positive customer interactions by providing high-quality service every day.
- Safely load, secure, and unload freight to ensure damage-free deliveries.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid Class 2, 4, or 5 Drivers License
- Possess a Transport Service License (TSL) for operating as a professional driver.
- Hold Forklift and Dangerous Goods Licences to handle specialised cargo.
- Have appropriate financing to purchase a new vehicle for your logistics business.
- Maintain excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations and take a safety-first approach.
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident.
- Pass a Pre-employment Background Check and Drug and Alcohol Test.
Earnings will be dependent on your driving experience and the class of truck you operate. Training will be provided so that you can get the best start in your new position.
